Job Description
Catholic Healthcare Limited in South West Sydney is seeking a Community Worker to support clients at home across Fairfield and Condell Park. The role involves visiting clients, helping with daily tasks, transport to appointments, meal preparation and social support.

We welcome experienced and qualified applicants; Arabic speaking is preferred but not essential. A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
