OVERVIEW Monash University is seeking an International Recruitment Campaigns Manager for a continuing full-time appointment based at Clayton campus, with the role also referencing work based in Mulgrave. This position focuses on leading international recruitment campaigns that support enrolment objectives across key source markets in a highly competitive higher education workplace. The role is suited to an experienced recruitment and engagement professional with expertise in campaign strategy, market analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and student recruitment within a university or large education provider setting. Key responsibilitiesn

Develop and manage end-to-end international recruitment campaigns aligned to enrolment targets
n
Lead the strategy and execution of international recruitment campaigns across key source markets
n
Analyse market data and campaign performance to support ongoing optimisation
n
Collaborate with regional teams, agents, and internal stakeholders to maintain consistent and accurate messaging
n
Oversee campaign budgets and report outcomes to senior leadership
n
Translate market insight into campaigns that support prospective students from enquiry through enrolment
n
Deliver targeted multi-channel campaigns informed by enrolment strategy
n
Support student recruitment and engagement strategies throughout the decision-making process
n
Requirementsn
n




Demonstrated experience managing international student recruitment campaigns
n
Strong understanding of key source markets including South-East Asia, South Asia, or China
n
Demonstrated fluency in Mandarin
n
Experience deploying recruitment campaigns in non English speaking countries
n
Proven ability to translate enrolment strategy into targeted multi-channel campaign activity
n
Experience working within a university or large education provider environment
n
Confident stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
n
Proficiency in campaign analytics tools and CRM-driven marketing approaches
n
