Job Description
This full-time People and Culture Advisor role at ALAND located in Parramatta, NSW offers an excellent prospect to join a dynamic and growing company. As a People and Culture Advisor you will play a key part in supporting the Head of People and Culture and contributing to the success of the business.
Key responsibilities n
n
Providing generalist HR advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of people-related matters
n
Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives
n
Administering the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
n
Partnering with the business to identify and address HR-related needs and challenges
n
Maintaining employee records and HR information systems
n
Delivering HR-related training and coaching to managers and employees
n
Providing advice and support on learning and development opportunities
n
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices and programs
n
About you n
n
6+ years of generalist HR experience
n




Experience in using Employment Hero (HRIS System) would be advantageous but not essential
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
n
Sound knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
n
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
n
Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
n
Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
n
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
n
