The successful Trainers and Assessors will deliver high-quality training and assessment, support students in developing practical trade skills, complete required training documentation, and participate in validation, professional development and continuous improvement activities.
Key responsibilities n
Deliver training and assessment for Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (CPC*****) and Certificate III in Solid Plastering (CPC*****)
n
Deliver and assess both theory and practical training
n
Support students in developing practical trade skills
n
Complete required training documentation
n
Maintain accurate training and assessment records
n
Participate in validation, professional development and continuous improvement activities
About you n
Hold a valid/current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent)
n
Hold the relevant vocational qualification at least to the level being delivered
n
Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience in Painting & Decorating or Solid Plastering
n
Demonstrate current industry skills and industry currency
n
Have sound knowledge of competency-based training and assessment
n
Have strong communication, organisational and student-support skills
n
Understand and comply with applicable RTO Standards and regulatory requirements
n
Demonstrate adequate professional development undertaken in both VET and industry
