About the role
n
The Senior Developer - Technology provides senior level technical input to technology development including design and development of dynamic, responsive and interactive web/ hybrid mobile applications.
What you will be doing
n
Key
AccountabilitiesDesigns
and develop agile, responsive and interactive web/ hybrid mobile
applicationsTranslates
requirements, wireframes and conceptual designs into high quality, visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces and user experiencesCreates clear, consistent, easy to use APIsIntegrates with backend infrastructure (data, applications, services)Analyses and solves problems across all levels of the stack (Client, Network, API Layer, Server, Database, OS)Produces clean, secure, testable, maintainable, reusable, well-documented code, and participate in regular code reviewsConducts Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliabilityWorks closely with Product Owner on data-driven product development: analytics, A/B testing, etc.Works closely with QA on bug fixing and improving application
performanceOptimises
applications for performance, scalability, security and user
experienceContinuously
discovers, evaluates, and implements new tools and technologies to maximize development efficiencyFollows Agile development methodology and DevOps practices
What you will bring

Minimum 8 years experience post professional qualification, including 5 years of direct people management experience.
n
Proven ability to lead a team, including building a cooperative approach in the development of the direction and operations of the workstream.
n
Proven influencer,



able to manage processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
n
Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives would be desirable.
n
Demonstrated skills associated with building strong vendor &/or customer relationships
n
Financial accumen & budgeting experience.
n
n
BAND E TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Minimum 7 years experience post professional qualification.
n
Proven influencer, able to manage processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
n
Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives would be desirable.

Demonstrated skills associated with building strong vendor &/or customer relationships

Financial accumen & budgeting experience.

n
Role dependent
- technical &/or functional business system applications required for tasks (e.g. SAP, SF, Concur,
analytics/visualisation
tools, engineering software, etc.)

Insert tertiary qualification required for role (e.g. Accountant must have a tertiary degree in an Accounting discipline, an Engineer must have a tertiary degree in an Engineering discipline)
