The Role Working within a friendly team environment your responsibilities will include: Undertake debtor functions relating to patient accounts Receipting of payments Bank reconciliations Liaising with Medicare to correctly allocate payments Review data and debt for inpatients Answering queries from patients for general account inquiries Contribute to the achievement of individual and team targets as set out by management Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers in relation to all aspects of the accounts department Your Skills
