Specialising in working with people living with a disability, the successful applicant will contribute as a key member of our multi-disciplinary team.
This is a unique leadership chance for an experienced disability, health or community services professional capable of driving a continuous improvement culture and practice across the organisation.
Based across our Supported Independent Living Facilities, the successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to: - Ensures that client health and well-being, capabilities, independence, choice, privacy, dignity, and safety are maintained and enhanced through the provision of quality clinical care plan development and review - Appropriate assessment - Sound ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of products.
