Manufacturing and Production Camden, Sydney, Australia GENERAL HAND WITH FORKLIFT LICENSE GENERAL HAND WITH FORKLIFT LICENSE Time: 6am-2pm Rate: $34 Location: Picton About the Role Labourpower Recruitment Services is seeking a reliable, physically fit and hardworking General Hand with a current LF Forklift Licence The successful candidate will assist with general production, warehouse and housekeeping duties while supporting the safe movement of materials and products throughout the facility.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable performing manual labour and working in a food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Operate a forklift safely to move raw materials, finished products and pallets.
MINIMAL FORKLIFT DUTIES Load and unload goods, deliveries and trucks as required.
Assist with general production and warehouse duties.
Move, stack and organise products and materials in designated areas.
Assist with bag handling, packing and palletising duties where required.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace cleanliness.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
Identify and report hazards, damaged products or equipment.
Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team.
Complete manual handling tasks and other duties as directed.
Essential Requirements Current and valid Australian LF Forklift Licence.
Previous forklift operating experience.
Previous experience in warehousing, manufacturing or general labouring is preferred.
Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling.
Reliable, punctual and committed to workplace safety.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to work in a flour milling or food manufacturing environment.
Appropriate Australian working rights.

Work Environment The role is based in Picton, may involve working around flour, production machinery, warehouse equipment and moving vehicles.
Duties may include repetitive lifting, standing for extended periods and exposure to dusty conditions associated with flour handling.
Must comply with all site-specific PPE, hygiene, safety and operational procedures.
