What does the job look like?
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to lead our multi-user operation in Altona.
This is a key leadership role responsible for the safe, effective and commercially effective delivery of warehouse and storage operations across multiple customer contracts.
You will lead operational performance while building strong customer relationships, developing your leadership team and driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, service and commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring optimal productivity and resource efficiency.
Lead and embed a high-performance safety culture, maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement.
Deliver exceptional service across multiple customer accounts.
