As a Community Support Worker in our creative Consumer Directed Care model, you will provide personalised care to people who are aged, frail, or living with a disability, helping them maintain independence and stay in their homes or Residential Aged Care facilities.
In this role, you will deliver vital services like personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, transport, and social support.
You'll work closely with consumers, their families, and health professionals, helping them make decisions about their care while ensuring quality and compassionate outcomes.
Flexibility, empathy, and the ability to work autonomously are key to success in this role.

Key Criteria: Experience in providing direct care services in a health-related field.
Experience working with aged, frail, or disabled individuals.

To be appointed to the WHD4 level you must have completed Certificate III or higher in Individual Support.
