Responsibilities Manage commercial leasing matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating lease documentation.
Handle commercial conveyancing transactions from contract through to settlement.
Advise clients on general commercial property matters and related legal issues.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and commercially focused advice.
Work closely with senior lawyers, associates and support staff to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.
Skills Experience 1-3 years' post-admission experience as a solicitor in Queensland, ideally with a focus on commercial property.
Experience in commercial leasing and commercial conveyancing, with exposure to broader commercial property matters.
Strong drafting, research and analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
