About the Role Based in our Mulgrave office, the BYD Partner Fleet Manager is responsible for driving business outcomes for BYD amongst our key partners.
The role focuses on building a strong connection, strengthening the BYD brand presence, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes with key sports and non sports related partnership programs.
The role plays a vital role in maximizing leads/sales/ROI.




The person in this role will become an embedded and trusted partner who can quickly establish strong relationships and leverage every sales prospect.
Key Responsibilities
1) Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, operational management, commercial partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
Generate new revenue opportunities through sponsorship referrals, acquisition, and activation.
Achieve quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
2) Relationship Management Manage partner relationships on the ground, establishing BYD as a trusted and valued fleet partner.
Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective partners to identify fleet sales opportunities.
Ensure contractual obligations and sponsorship benefits are delivered effectively.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify opportunities for further fleet sales growth.
