Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network Rural and Remote Mental Health (MH) Inpatient Services Salary: ASO2 $***** - $***** per hour + penalties Multiple Casual roles, Multiple locations 5-day roster up to 4 January **** WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
This role offers the opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary Barossa Hills Fleurieu LHN team, providing professional, timely and confidential administrative support that underpins the delivery of mental health programs and services.
You will play a key role in supporting staff, consumers and stakeholders through efficient coordination, communication and information management.
Working in a collaborative and supportive environment, you will contribute to continuous improvement, culturally appropriate service delivery and the achievement of service objectives, while developing your administrative skills within a complex and purpose-driven health setting.

Are you experienced in providing confidential, high-quality administrative and secretarial support?
Do you have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
Provide responsive administrative and secretarial support, including correspondence, minutes, records management and coordination of appointments, travel and supplies.
Act as a professional point of contact, responding to enquiries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Support efficient service delivery through accurate documentation,



invoice processing and maintenance of office systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement, team effectiveness and compliance with organisational policies, safety and quality standards.
