Responsibilities : Advocate Vines Therapy's strategic values and implement the Ambitious For You Approach in care delivery Formulate individualised care plans guided by thorough client assessments Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to meet clients' unique needs Track and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for a holistic approach to care Facilitate client and caregiver education on strategies extending therapeutic impact Integrate latest research and advancements into clinical reasoning and practice Engage actively in professional development and clinical skill enhancement.
Assist with program and service quality improvement efforts.
Execute additional responsibilities as assigned the team lead or Clinical Director Qualifications, Skills and Attributes : Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Current licensure and registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Aptitude for a broad range of occupational therapeutic interventions.
Openness to innovative therapy methodologies.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices and their application in therapy.
Proficiency with allied health care technologies and systems.
