Job Description We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to join our growing Western Australian team.
Working closely with senior management and our project delivery teams, you will provide coordination and administrative support across the project lifecycle, from tendering and bids through to project execution.
This is a varied role combining project coordination, tender and bid support, document management and reporting.
You will play an important part in supporting current projects while helping the business secure and deliver future opportunities across Western Australia.
With our WA operations continuing to grow, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities and develop your career within a leading high-voltage infrastructure contractor.
Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate tender and bid submissions, including compiling documentation, preparing proposal packs and managing submission requirements.
Work closely with project delivery and estimating teams to coordinate tender inputs, schedules and supporting information.
Assist Project Managers with project documentation, reporting, correspondence and administrative requirements.
Maintain accurate project records, document registers and supporting documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare professional reports, presentations and client-facing documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint and other business systems.
Coordinate project information and documentation between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Provide general project coordination support to senior management and the wider WA operations team.
Qualifications We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced project environment.
Ideally, you will bring: Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Bid Coordinator or similar project support role.
Background in construction, engineering, infrastructure, utilities or renewable energy projects will be highly regarded.
Experience supporting tender submissions, bid preparation or project delivery activities.
An understanding of project lifecycles, documentation and project delivery processes.
Strong document management, reporting and administrative coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio and particularly PowerPoint, with the ability to produce professional presentations and tender documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently and support multiple projects.
