The Role This is the next generation of developer role.
You'll act as the broker between the customer and the AI, combining solid software engineering skills with strong communication to turn customer needs into working solutions.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Getting into the customer's world: gathering requirements, identifying what can be done and agreeing on the approach Using AI tools and coding agents daily to deliver modifications and enhancements to existing customer systems Critically reviewing, validating and amending all AI-generated code before it ships,
