Liebherr Maritime Cargo and Construction Division has an opportunity for experienced and motivated technicians to be based in our Redcliffe Workshop in Perth and working Offshore when required.
These positions involve regular travel to offshore customer sites, with assignments typically lasting up to two weeks at a time.
Due to the demand-driven nature of the business and customer requirements, these roles do not operate on a fixed roster.
When not attending offshore assignments, employees work a standard 38-hour week.
Offshore deployments generally consist of 12-hour days over a 14-day period, with overtime rates applicable, providing robust earning potential.
As workload and travel requirements can vary based on customer demand, flexibility and a willingness to travel at short notice are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities Provide diagnostic, maintenance and component replacement services; including but not limited to: Inspect plant and equipment for conformity with established standards Request required spare parts Operate workshop equipment including mobile lifting equipment Diagnose faults, repair, maintain and overhaul mechanical,
