The Prospect North Western Program Alliance (NWPA) consists of five Alliance partners – John Holland, KBR, MTM, V/Line and the client (LXRP), working together as one team to achieve shared goals.
Since ****, NWPA has had a proven track record with the successful delivery of eight level crossing removal projects (13 LX) and several premium stations, with two projects currently in delivery (4 LX) and three in development phase.

We're currently seeking a Planning Manager to be based at our Sunshine (Albion) office who will support the full project lifecycle,



undertake the process of planning, creating detailed programmes, and monitoring performance to deliver the best quality projects on time and on budget in accordance with John Holland procedures.
Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement planning strategies and audits / reviews for business group, region or major projects.
Ensure project planning activities are conducted in accordance with John Holland policies and procedures.
Ensure monitoring and reporting of Project Controls processes are successfully set-up and implemented on projects.
Interface with project team, partners, clients, stakeholders, consultants, designers, vendors, subcontractors for management of the planning function in accordance with established procedures Proactively lead a planning and controls culture across the Business Group, Region or Major project based on best practice and with a focus on risk management, cost control and SQE.
Provide training and provide guidance to subordinates and colleagues in the use of planning and programming systems, project monitoring
