Key Responsibilities: Provide High-Quality Nursing Care : Deliver compassionate,

About You: Registered Nurse : You hold a current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse .
Experienced in General Practice : You bring experience in a primary care setting and have a strong understanding of chronic disease management and clinical assessments .
