Key Responsibilities : Patient Coordination : Act as the primary point of contact for patients, managing arrivals and departures within established practice routines.
Scheduling : Manage the telephone system and patient bookings, demonstrating sound communication and interpersonal skills.
Billing : Process patient payments and perform basic arithmetic tasks related to daily reconciliation.
Workflow Prioritisatio n:
Independently prioritise daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
Clerical Support : Undertake a range of basic clerical functions, including scanning, filing, and data entry, following existing practice methods and procedures.
Requirements Skills: Experience : Minimum of 3 years of customer-facing experience is required.
Experience in a medical or hospitality workplace is preferred.
Communication : Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with patients and clinical staff.
Additional languages are a plus.
Autonomy : Ability to work under limited supervision, either individually or as part of the administration team.
Experience with Xestro practice management is a plus.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in basic office software and the ability to learn medical-specific software programs.
