CatholicCare in Taree is seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our Mental Health team.
This permanent part time role, working three days per week, supports people with severe and complex mental illness through coordinated, person-centred clinical care.
In this role, you will provide trauma-informed and recovery-focused support based on a plan you will create in conjunction with the client, their GP, psychiatrist or other supports.
