Salesforce Developer (3 Positions)
Federal Government Opportunity | 12 Month Contract + 12 Month Extension | Hybrid Working
Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer looking to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives that make a real difference to Australians?
We are seeking multiple Salesforce Developers to join a high-performing digital delivery team responsible for delivering innovative, citizen-focused solutions within a complex enterprise environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on modern Salesforce platforms, leverage emerging AI-assisted development capabilities, and contribute to the delivery of impactful technology solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions within an Agile delivery environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and supporting Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors
Building and maintaining integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events and related technologies
Contributing to AI-enabled development capabilities, including the use of Claude Code within Salesforce development practices
Working with source control and DevOps toolsets including GitLab, GitHub and Bitbucket
Collaborating with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools such as Jira and Bitbucket
Ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with best practice development standards
Supporting accessibility-focused design and development initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
3 to 5 years' hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong experience with Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio technologies including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming,
frameworks and design patterns
Experience with source control tools, package-based development and DevOps practices
Strong integration experience including REST APIs and event-driven architectures
Experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience/Community Cloud
Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and platform best practices
An appreciation for accessible and inclusive digital experiences
Highly Regarded
Delivery of three or more Salesforce CRM implementations using Agile methodologies
Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certifications
OmniStudio Developer Certification
Experience with AI technologies, configuration and customisation

Eligibility Requirements
Australian Citizenship is mandatory
Must hold a Baseline Security Clearance
