Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) is seeking a dedicated Senior Pharmacist to provide high-quality, comprehensive pharmacy services for inpatients at the Southern Fleurieu Health Service, Victor Harbor.
You will lead the local pharmacy team and collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health staff to optimise drug therapy and discharge planning, ensuring secure and effective treatment across the patient journey.
