We're hiring Customer Service Officers to join our Robina‐based call centre team, supporting customers through inbound enquiries in a professional office environment.
You don't need call centre experience — if you've taken orders, handled complaints, or turned a bad customer experience into a good one — you know more than you think.

About the Role
This is a permanent, full‐time position based in Robina, QLD.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing efficient and friendly support while working predictable, set hours.
What We Offer
$***** per hour + 12% super
Up to $480 per month in incentives (up to $5,760 annually)
$500 sign‐on bonus for new starters
Flexible start dates throughout April & May
7 weeks of full‐time paid training — no experience required

What You'll Be Doing
Handling inbound customer calls and responding within service level targets
Actively listening to understand customer needs and concerns
Providing clear, accurate information and effective solutions
Documenting customer interactions and completing follow‐ups
Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team environment
