Job Description
About the Role
As an Automotive Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining the exceptional standards expected of the Mercedes-Benz brand.




You'll work on premium vehicles using the latest diagnostic equipment and manufacturer processes while contributing to an outstanding ownership experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Service, diagnose, and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles to manufacturer standards
Deliver high-quality repairs with a strong focus on Fixed First Visit outcomes
Achieve productivity, efficiency, and quality targets
Perform advanced diagnostics and fault finding
Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards
Mentor and support apprentices where required
Uphold the professional standards associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand
Desired Skills and Experience
Who We're Looking For
Experience with European vehicles highly regarded
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Professional, team-oriented approach
Current driver's licence
