When an aircraft is waiting on a part, your work decides how quickly it flies again.
The business supplies parts to airlines, maintenance organisations and charter operators across the Pacific.You'll work with freight forwarders, customs brokers and carriers, and with a small warehouse team on site.
Most parts come from overseas suppliers, so you'll deal with time zones, customs paperwork and plenty of tracking numbers.

with a shared on-call roster* $85,000 to $95,000 + super### What you'll do* Manage inbound international and domestic freight from booking to receipt* Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers to clear stock quickly* Book carriers and track urgent orders through to delivery* Monitor stock levels and raise replenishment orders in the ERP* Resolve supplier and delivery issues as they come up### What you'll bring* Two or more years in supply chain or logistics coordination* Experience with import processes and freight forwarders* ERP experience and positive Excel skills* A calm head when an urgent part is needed overnight* Attention to detail with paperwork### What's on offer* $85,000 to $95,000 + super* Monday to Friday office hours, with a shared on-call roster (about one week in six)* On-site parking at Brisbane Airport* A small team where your work is visible### Worth knowingUrgent orders don't keep office hours.
About one week in six you'll carry the on-call phone and may need to arrange an overnight shipment, with an allowance paid for that week.
