About Skin Aesthetics Moama n
The One Clinic Agency is partnering with Skin Aesthetics Moama to appoint an experienced Dermal Therapist or Clinic Manager.
n
This is an chance to join an established advanced skin clinic in Moama, working with proven technology, a supportive team and clients seeking results-focused skin treatments.
About the role n
You'll conduct skin consultations, develop personalised treatment plans and deliver advanced treatments, including:
n
n
Cutera Excel V treatments, including Laser Genesis, pigmentation and vascular work
n
DEKA CO2 Laser and CoolPeel
n
HydraFacial, SkinPen microneedling and chemical peels
n
LED light therapy and advanced facial treatments
n
n
You'll also recommend professional skincare and homecare programs, maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to high standards of client care and treatment safety.
n
Experience with every device is not required. Experience with Cutera, DEKA or comparable platforms will be highly regarded.
About you n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
A recognised qualification in Dermal Therapy, Dermal Science, Beauty Therapy or a related field
n
At least two years' hands‐on experience in advanced skin,



laser or dermal treatments
n
Confidence with consultations, treatment planning and contraindication assessment
n
Experience with laser, pigmentation, vascular, resurfacing, microneedling or corrective skin treatments
n
Strong communication, organisation and client‐care skills
n
n
You'll also be comfortable contributing occasionally to treatment videos, reels and behind‐the‐scenes social media content. Previous content creation experience is not required.
n
Full Australian working rights are essential. Sponsorship is not available.
Clinic Manager pathway n
An experienced candidate may be considered for a full‐time Clinic Manager / Dermal Therapist position, Monday to Friday.
n
This pathway requires experience leading a skin, laser, beauty or aesthetic clinic, including team development, client experience, daily operations and hands‐on treatments.
