What you will do:
Manage a thoughtful and efficient caseload of children and young people who require SEND support, ensuring timely evaluations and EHC needs assessments.




Coordinate comprehensive EHC plans by liaising seamlessly with education, health, and social care partners, to gather vital information and deliver holistic insights.
Diligently prepare, amend, and maintain EHCP documentation, always aiming for excellence in legal compliance and statutory timelines.
Organise and support dynamic EHCP annual reviews, fostering cooperative environments for stakeholders.
Act as the key point of contact, providing essential guidance and support to parents, carers, schools, colleges, and associated professionals.
Ensure the unique needs, views, and outcomes of children and young people are clearly articulated and reflected in their personalized plans.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records using the council's case management systems, striving for precision and accessibility.
Address queries, complaints, and requests from families and professionals with empathy and efficiency.
