Recording care accurately and keeping care plans up to date
Communicating well with clients and their families
Coordinating with other members of the healthcare team
Upholding safety, dignity and wellbeing throughout each interaction
Current Driver's Licence
A reliable vehicle
Current National Criminal History Check
Nursing Registration (if applicable)
First Aid & CPR Certificates
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Confident computer literacy for digital care notes and communication
Experience in nursing or home care, preferred though not essential
