About the Program
Commencing February ****, our structured 2-year Graduate Program provides exposure to multiple areas of the residential building industry through a series of rotations.
You'll be based in the office Monday to Friday.
You'll gain hands-on experience across functions such as, Construction, Project Delivery, Estimating, Drafting, Sales and Interior Design.
Throughout the program, graduates will participate in:
Soft skills and professional development workshops
Keynote speaker sessions with industry and business leaders
A team-oriented graduate group project
Leadership development opportunities
Tours of Supaloc, MyChoice, display homes and key supplier locations
Dedicated mentor and buddy support
Following successful completion of the program, graduates will transition into a permanent role within NEX Building Group.
About You
We're looking for enthusiastic graduates who:
Graduated in **** or ****
Hold a degree in Construction Management, Building and design, Built Environment, Property Development, Project Management, Trade Qualification or related discipline.




Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
Demonstrate initiative, curiosity and a willingness to learn
Are passionate about building a long-term career in the residential construction industry
Are willing to undertake occasional interstate travel as part of the Graduate Program
