Maxlife Care is seeking a hands-on Property and Procurement Lead to own and grow a multi-site residential portfolio across NSW.
This field-based role, based in St Leonards with travel to NSW homes, leads sourcing, leasing, maintenance, and procurement with a focus on safety and compliance.
You will manage budgets, supplier relationships, and vehicle fleets while driving efficiency and scale in the SIL, STA and MTA portfolio.
