Better Rehab's Graduate Program offers structured mentorship and real autonomy as you support NDIS participants across a diverse caseload in multiple Melbourne-area locations.
You'll deliver functional, participant-led therapy in homes, centres, and clinics, with strong supervision and clear KPIs guiding your成长.
You'll undergo a graduate-specific induction, 1:1 supervision, and 6 months of structured induction and upskilling, alongside 4 paid study leave days per year.
