Konekt, part of the APM Group, is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant - Psych / Social Worker / Rehab Counsellor to support people rebuilding confidence and independence after injury or illness.
This is a part time role to walk with clients through recovery, return to work, and reintegration.
You will assess rehabilitation needs, co-design and deliver tailored plans, coordinate with workplaces and health professionals, and provide expert advice on ergonomic and return-to-work solutions.
