MyIntegra, part of the APM Group, is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator to assess needs and coordinate supports for NDIS participants referred to MyIntegra for Support Coordination services.
This role is remote, but based in Sydney as there are some visitations with participants required.
Key responsibilities include assisting participants in implementing plans, completing admin to required standards, and building networks with quasi-government bodies and disability groups.
