Casual Registered Nurses (RN) & Enrolled Nurses (EN) – Clayton ($61 - $122 ordinary pay rates)
Expression of Interest | Casual & Ad Hoc Shifts
n MOR. Healthcare is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) for casual and ad hoc shifts at an established Aged care facility in Clayton, VIC.
n This is an Expression of Interest for additional workforce support commencing from late October, with MOR Healthcare assisting the facility during a busy period.
n This opportunity would suit nurses who are looking to pick up additional shifts, enjoy casual flexibility and have solid aged care experience.
n You may be required to work across a range of shifts, including:
n
n
7:00am – 3:00pm
n
3:00pm – 9:00pm
n
3:00pm – 10:00pm
n
10:00pm – 7:00am
n
n
Requirements To be considered, you must have:
n
n
Minimum 6 months' experience in Aged care
n
Current AHPRA registration for RN/EN
n
Relevant nursing qualification
n
Current **** COVID-19 vaccination – mandatory as requested by the client
n
Current Manual Handling training
n
Dementia
training/certificate
n
Relevant police/worker screening checks
n
Current First Aid/CPR where applicable
n
Medication
competency/training
where applicable
n
Solid understanding of person-centred aged care
n
Excellent communication and documentation skills
n




Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
n
Ability to adapt quickly to different aged care environments and procedures
n
Reliable availability for casual/ad hoc shifts
n
n

Experienced and confident in
residential/facility
aged care
n
Compassionate and respectful towards residents
n
Reliable and professional
n
Comfortable working in an unfamiliar facility when required
n
Confident managing dementia and complex care needs
n
Able to provide safe, high-quality resident care
n
n
Greek-speaking nurses are preferred but not essential. All suitably qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
