Job Description
This is a varied, fast-paced role supporting both the day-to‐day running of Morgana Walker Psychology practice and the Neurodivergent Parent Academy's growing digital operations. You will work closely with Morgana (Director & Principal Psychologist) to ensure the practice runs smoothly, reception is welcoming and productive, and the Academy continues to grow.
Key responsibilities n
Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
n
Manage bookings, cancellations and waitlists
n
Handle phone calls, emails and enquiries
n
Support families with a neurodiversity-affirming approach
n
Schedule and coordinate Morgana's calendar across both businesses
n
Assist with project coordination for the Neurodivergent Parent Academy
n
Manage Halaxy appointments, billing and clinical admin
n
Process payments, invoices and rebates
n
Update WordPress pages and upload content
n
Manage Mailchimp newsletters and automations
About you n
Experience with Halaxy (appointments, billing, client management)
n
Experience with Xero (invoicing, reconciliation, basic bookkeeping support)
n
Experience with Mailchimp (email campaigns, automations,



lists)
n
Experience with WordPress (basic editing, uploading content, page updates)
n
Reception or admin experience in allied health
n
Experience scheduling for a Director or senior clinician
n
Warm, calm, organised and genuinely enjoys helping people
n
Can manage competing priorities without becoming overwhelmed
n
Communicates clearly and kindly
