Quest Cannon Hill is a 100 apartment property located in Brisbane's inner southeast. The property opened in **** and attracts a primarily corporate customer base.

At Quest Cannon Hill, we're on the lookout for a new Housekeeping Team Leader to join its team on a full time basis working 38 hours per week. The role can either be on a casual basis, full time; or part time for the right candidate.

The Role
n
Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper,



the role involves leading a small housekeeping team as well as hands on work in the delivery of housekeeping and room attendant services for the apartments and cleaning of common areas to ensure the presentation of our property in line with the high standards of the Quest brand and to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Your team leadership activities will involve working closely with the Housekeeping Manager, and business owners on recruitment, rostering, training and leadership of the housekeeping team to ensure high levels of work productivity and quality, positive employee engagement and retention, and strong alignment with Quest's established model and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality industry at a supervisory level

Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
