Employment / Generalist Commercial Litigator (3-5 years PAE) n
This is a great opportunity for a talented commercial litigator (3-5 PQE) to join an award-winning boutique firm with a progressive, client-focused approach to legal practice. The role offers exposure to varied, interesting and high-quality matters, including commercial litigation, media and defamation law, employment, insurance disputes and other complex disputes.

You will be working closely with experienced practitioners and will be involved in a broad range of litigation matters from the early stages through to resolution. The work will be wide-ranging and will include contractual disputes, advisory work, pre-litigation strategy, pleadings, evidence preparation, interlocutory applications, mediation and court appearances.
Key Responsibilities: n

Prepare advice across a range of litigation matters
n
Correspondence, affidavits, witness statements, briefs to counsel and court documents
n
Assist with the management of matters from commencement through to settlement
n
Work directly with clients, counsel, and expert witnesses
n
Develop litigation strategy and provide practical, commercial and client-focused solutions
n
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing and supportive team environment
