Business Development Manager - Prefabricated Reinforcement n
Sasreo is a specialist prefabricated reinforcement manufacturer based in Norlane, Geelong. Our prefabricated cages, mats and assemblies are built off-site to precise specifications, helping clients deliver faster programs with less labour on site and fewer delays.

Demand for prefabrication is growing, and we need a true business developer to take it to new clients and new markets.
n
The role
n
This is a new business role. Your focus is finding, approaching and winning recent clients for our prefabrication services, wherever reinforcement is used. You will:
n
Identify and target new clients across all sectors, including commercial and residential construction, civil infrastructure, precast, mining and resources, energy and renewables, data centres, industrial and government projects
n
Build relationships with every party that influences reinforcement decisions: builders, contractors, developers, engineers, designers, precasters, suppliers and asset owners
n
Spot new markets and applications for prefabricated reinforcement, and develop a plan to win them
n
Track upcoming projects and tenders early, and get Sasreo involved at the design stage, when prefab decisions are made
n




Show clients how prefabrication saves site labour, crane time and program risk
n
Run client meetings, presentations and factory tours to turn interest into orders
n
Work with our estimating and engineering team on quotes, tenders and tailored prefab solutions
n
Grow repeat business, and report on your pipeline, activity and conversions in our CRM
n
About you
n
A proven hunter with a track record of winning new clients, ideally in construction, reinforcement, or precast
n
A broad industry network and the curiosity to open doors in new markets
n
Able to read drawings and talk confidently with engineers, project managers and procurement teams
n
Persistent, self-motivated and comfortable with cold outreach and long sales cycles
n
Organised and disciplined with pipeline management and follow-up
n
Current driver's licence; willing to travel (interstate as required)
