Job Description
You will be a key member of the team, creating a welcoming environment for our patients and supporting the team with high-quality administrative support. Work alongside an established admin and clinical team in our Blacktown office.
Key responsibilities n

Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
n
Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries
n
General administration and office duties
n
Management of patient invoicing and receipting
n
Booking and managing appointments
n
About you n
n
Past experience as a medical receptionist in rapid-paced medical practice
n
Atleast 12 months of medical receptionist experience, preferably specialist
n
Ability to multitask - prioritizing patient care
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
n
Time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
n
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
n
Strong organizational skills, attention to details and a fast learner
n
Punctual, reliable and honest
n
Exceptional customer service, positive can-do attitude, eager to learn
n
Rostered half day off once a fortnight (after successfully being trained for 8 weeks)
n
