Practice Manager / Senior Dental Administrator – Pathway to Management n
This is a hands-on position working closely with the practice owners, clinicians and team to help ensure the practice operates efficiently each day. Depending on your experience, additional training and support will be provided to help you develop into the Practice Manager role.

Key responsibilities
n
Supporting and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the practice
n
Coordinating staff rosters, schedules and workflow
n
Assisting with patient coordination and appointment management
n
Working closely with clinicians to maintain efficient appointment books
n
Supporting and guiding the reception and administration team
n
Identifying day-to-day problems and helping implement practical solutions
n
Helping maintain high standards of patient service and team performance
n
Assisting the owners with the ongoing organisation and management of a busy dental practice
n
About you
n
Experience working within a dental practice
n
Strong organisational and administrative skills
n
Experience coordinating staff,



rosters or workflows
n
Excellent communication and people skills
n
Confidence working with clinicians and team members
n
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
n
A genuine interest in developing your management and leadership skills
