Job Summary n
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth sales operations. In an AV distribution environment, this role plays a key part in order processing, customer communication, and providing technical assistance, product information, quotes, pricing, and logistics across a portfolio of amazing AV products and accessories.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Identify pain points or issues with orders and elevate to solve problems
n
Assist wholesale customers with order and product enquiries
n
Liaise with and support our field sales team
n
Manage and move stock between warehouse locations
n
Booking couriers and coordinate with warehouse teams
n
Desirable qualities, skills, and experience n
n
Experience in a similar role in the A/V industry will be highly regarded
n
Robust communication skills both over the phone and via email
n
ExperiencewithMicrosoftOffice
applications such as Outlook, TEAMS & Excel
n
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
Willingness to take initiative and get "hands on" with our product
n
