In the role of
Senior Associate
, you will join the
Corporate C&IB; CSE team
contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.
You'll make an impact each day by:
Partner closely with Client Coverage, Markets and Products, plus internal partners to deliver strong customer satisfaction and drive growth
Manage ongoing risk profile monitoring and compliance requirements across assigned client groups, keeping portfolio hygiene to a high standard
Support transaction structuring and end-to-end execution, including credit submissions, financial modelling, documentation, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Embed quality, consistency and continuous improvement in CSE, improving turnaround times and managing business risks
Provide strong stakeholder management and coach junior team members (Associates/Analysts) to uplift capability and performance
You'll bring to this role:
Strong numerical,



credit and financial analysis capability, including financial modelling
Understanding of debt and financial markets products, with solid credit and execution experience (including documentation)
Proven ability to work across internal stakeholders and deliver in a regulated, compliance-focused environment
Customer-focused, with strong organisational and time management skills and a proven record of delivering high-quality work within required timelines
C&IB; experience preferred, but solid customer-facing banking experience (including B&PB;) and emerging G2 talent with explicit potential are welcomed (tertiary qualification in Business/Finance preferred)
