We're looking for an efficient, capable Customer Service Officer who thrives in a busy environment and provides an exceptional experience for clients and their families.
The role: n
You'll be one of the first points of contact for new clients, supporting them from their initial enquiry through to a signed service agreement.
n
There's no cold calling. You'll be working with warm inbound enquiries and managing a mix of phone, email, text and administration.

Respond to new client enquiries
n
Explain services and answer questions
n
Follow up referrals, documentation and service agreements
n
Keep clients moving efficiently through the onboarding process
n
Coordinate appointments and support therapist scheduling
n
Maintain accurate information across HubSpot and other systems
n
Manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

About you: n
We're open on background and happy to train the right person. You might already work in customer service or administration, or come from a quick-paced retail or hospitality environment.
You'll be: n

Confident and personable with clients
n
Quick to learn new systems
n
Strong across written and verbal communication
n
Proactive with follow-up
n
Comfortable working at pace and switching between priorities
n
A genuine team player who is happy to jump in and support others

Full-time preferred, however a four-day week could be considered for the right person

Office-based initially, with the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week once established
