We are seeking an experiencedSenior Financial Accountant looking for a step-upto lead ahands on finance function, drive financial governance, and partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end close, management reporting, budgets, forecasts, and business performance analysis.
Ensure the integrity of the balance sheet through robust financial controls, reconciliations, and review processes.
Oversee statutory reporting obligations, coordinating external audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage internal audit activities, driving successful audit outcomes and timely resolution of findings.
Ensure the accurate preparation and submission of statutory accounts, tax filings, and other compliance requirements.
Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to provide strategic financial advice, commercial insight, and governance support.
Leadand foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Drive process improvements, finance transformation initiatives,



and continuous improvement projects across the finance function.
Support business growth through effective financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Accountant position.
Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, and compliance expertise.
Proven experience leading external and internal audit processes.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence business decisions and partner with senior stakeholders.
Advanced knowledge of SAP and financial systems.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities.
