About the Role n
As the Full Time Sales Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of our boutique, leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success. This is a full time roster position working
Tuesday to Saturday

What You'll Be Responsible For: n

Achieving sales targets through exceptional customer service, styling expertise, and product knowledge.

Supporting the delivery of community events and boutique experiences in partnership with the Regional Manager.

Representing Blue Illusion with passion and professionalism, bringing our brand values and French-inspired aesthetic to life.

Building strong relationships within the local community, fostering connections with customers and local organisations.
n
Creating meaningful and lasting customer relationships through personalised service and styling advice.
n
Inspiring customers with thoughtful outfit recommendations, becoming their trusted Style Confidante.
n
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring high standards of presentation, service and efficiency.
n
Working collaboratively with the boutique team to create a positive, engaged and high-performing store environment.
n

Applicants must have valid working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
