nWe are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our team in a full time, permanent role supporting civil infrastructure,



land development and construction projects across the Perth metropolitan area. n
Your Impact
n

n
Support the implementation and continual improvement of RJV's Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management Systems.
n
Conduct risk assessments, inspections, audits and incident investigations.
n
Lead ICAM investigations and support the close-out of corrective actions.
n
Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and HSEQ training.
n
Coach and mentor operational teams to achieve positive HSEQ outcomes.
n
Promote a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in an HSEQ, WHS or Safety Advisor role within civil construction, mining or infrastructure projects.
n
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent).
n
Current White Card.
n
Current WA Manual Driver's Licence.
n
Current First Aid Certificate.
n
Experience conducting audits and incident investigations.
n
ICAM Lead Investigator qualification (desirable).
n
