About the Role n
GfK is seeking reliable and qualified people to work on Australia's National Radio Ratings project - a respected national study running since ****. This is a casual, field-based role involving face-to-face interviewing with households across Melbourne. No selling or commission is involved - the role focuses on accurate data collection for an important national research program. No previous interviewing experience is required; full training and support are provided.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Cold calling upon residential households
n
Place and explain Radio Listening Diaries
n
Collect demographic information using a tablet which is supplied
n
Return to households to collect completed diaries
n
Accurately record outcomes and complete basic administration
n
Represent GfK in a professional and respectful manner
n
Travel Area n
Work is conducted across Greater Melbourne, and you may be rostered anywhere within this region.
n
Casual role,



approximately ***** hours per week

Thursday to Sunday availability required
(Sunday is essential)
n
Rosters provided
5 weeks in advance
n
$***** per hour, increasing to $***** per hour after 50 hours training period
n
Travel Allowance $1 per km for car use and reimbursement for phone use

Interviewing experience is helpful but not essential.

Availability Thursday to Sunday (Sunday essential)

Reliable car and current Australian driver's license
n
Mobile phone, email, and basic technology skills
n
A home address suitable for occasional courier deliveries and collections
n
Willingness to complete a National Police Check (paid for by GfK)
