nThe Work n
As a Change Transformation Manager, you will lead change programs and teams across business transformation, technology implementation and operating model change.
n
n
You will work closely with client stakeholders to develop change strategies and workforce transformation approaches that prepare people for new structures, technologies, capabilities and ways of working.
n
nIn this role, you will: n
n
Lead change programs and teams across business, technology and operating model transformation.
n
Develop and deliver end-to-end change management strategies and plans.
n
Assess organisational and workforce impacts arising from transformation.
n
Design workforce transformation approaches aligned with future business requirements.
n
Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, change impact and adoption activities.
n
Develop change interventions that support successful implementation and sustained adoption.
n
Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across multiple levels of an organisation.
n
Manage change workstreams, project activities, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
n
Coach and support junior practitioners within multidisciplinary project teams.
n
Contribute to client proposals, solution development and business development activities.
n

nHere's What You Will Need n
n
Demonstrated experience leading change programs or workstreams within management consulting, professional services or a large enterprise environment.
n
Experience delivering change across business transformation,
technology implementation or operating model redesign.
n
Proven experience developing change strategies and workforce transformation approaches.
n
Strong knowledge of change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption planning.
n
Experience leading teams and managing competing priorities within complex transformation environments.
n
Solid consulting, problem-solving and relationship-management capabilities.
n
Excellent written communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
n
Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
n

nBonus Points If You Have n
n
Experience within the Products or Resources industries, including energy, utilities, consumer goods, retail, industrial or natural resources.
n
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or technology-enabled transformation.
n
Knowledge of workforce planning, organisational design, capability development or skills transformation.
n
A recognised change management, human resources or project management qualification.
n
