Your Role
Provide assessment, therapy, and intervention for children and adults with communication, speech, and swallowing difficulties.
Develop and implementindividualisedtherapy plans aligned with best practices.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and psychologists.
Build and manage a caseload through strong community and referral partnerships.
Maintain detailed clinical documentation andcomply withNDIS and professional guidelines.
WhatWe'reLooking For
SPA Registered Speech Pathologist (or eligibility for registration).
A proactive and motivated clinician with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills to connect with referral sources and clients.
Experience inpaediatrics, disability, or community settings is highly desirable — but not essential for recent graduates.
Passion for delivering evidence-based care and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
